酮替芬联合孟鲁司特治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎59例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨酮替芬联合孟鲁司特治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将118例慢性喘息型支气管炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组59例,对照组患者给予孟鲁司特治疗,观察组患者给予酮替芬联合孟鲁司特治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.2%,显著高于对照组患者的74.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:酮替芬联合孟鲁司特治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎临床疗效好,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ketotifen combined with montelukast in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 118 cases of patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,59 cases in each group,cases in the control group were treated by montelukast treatment,cases in the observation group were treated by ketotifen combined with montelukast treatment,compared the clinical effect of patients in two groups.Results The total effective rate of cases in observation group was 93.2%,significantly higher than that in control group（74.6%）,there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）,there had no obvious adverse reaction of all cases during treatment.Conclusion Taking ketotifen combined with montelukast in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis has good clinical effect,worthy of further clinical application.
