摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理方案在PPH术后应用的可行性及优越性。方法:根据实际制定PPH术后综合护理方案。一共纳入行PPH术的痔疮患者40例,分为综合护理组与一般护理组,每组20例,观察术后疼痛情况、尿潴留发生情况、腹胀发生率及患者对住院满意度调查及住院时间。结果:综合护理组在术后的3 d内,疼痛程度NRS评分较一般护理组轻,尿潴留发生率及腹胀发生率较一般护理组少,住院满意度高,同时住院时间短。结论:综合护理方案可以减少PPH的术后并发症,提高患者的满意度和缩短住院时间,在临床上具有可行性及优越性。Objective To explore the feasibility and superiority of using comprehensive care program after PPH.Methods According to the actual development of PPH postoperative comprehensive care program.A total of 40 patients with hemorrhoids,PPH surgery patients,divided into the intervention group and the usual care group, each group had 20 cases,postoperative pain,urinary retention,abdominal distension of patients in hospitalization rate and satisfaction survey and hospitalization time.Results Comprehensive nursing group in postoperative 3 d,the degree of pain NRS scores than the usual care group light,the incidence of urinary retention and incidence of abdominal distention is general nursing group,inpatient satisfaction,at the same time,shorter hospitalization time.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can reduce PPH complications,improve patient satisfaction and shorten the hospitalization time,has the feasibility and superiority in clinic.
