城镇化对“四化”协调动态发展的影响

摘　　要：城镇化是"四化"发展的重要推力,本文根据2000-2011年中国31个省份的"四化"发展数据,采用Malmquist-HR-Xtlogist模型,分析了城镇化对"四化"协调发展的影响。研究结果表明:当前,我国城镇化发展过程中,城镇人口转化、社会发展以及环境改善等对"四化"协调发展助推乏力,经济增长对"四化"协调发展作用明显,教育资源对"四化"协调发展作用不明显,基础设施的共享性不足。因此,在我国城镇化过程中必须注重绿色发展,采取公平共享、集约高效式发展方式。Urbanization is an engine in the development process of the “Four Modernizations”.Based on the data from 2000-2011 , which cover 31 provinces in China , this paper analyzes the impact of urbanization on the coordinated devel-opment of the “Four Modernizations” by using the model of Malmquist -HR-Xtlogist.The results show that：in the de-velopment process of urbanization currently , the transformation of urban population , the development of society and the improvement of environment do a fatigue burst to the development of the “Four Modernizations”, the development of e-conomy do a favor to the development of the “Four Modernizations”, the thrust power from the resource of education to the development of the “Four Modernizations” is blurred, and the sharing of infrastructure is lack .Therefore, we must focus on the green development , and choose equitable , intensive and efficient development style in the process of urbani-zation.
