摘 要:气体流量计量是科学计量的一个重要组成部分,目前采用的气体流量标准装置对于小流量气体计量准确度低,并且校准费用大,实现高精度的气体流量计检定及校准较为困难。本课题利用液体置换法设计了检测高精度气体流量的标准方法,同时该标准装置的研究可以使不同型式的气体流量标准之间的量值比对途径多样化。通过检定结果分析可得出下列结论:该方法可以使装置的扩展不确定度为0.09%,校准精度达到0.2级,达到课题设计的要求。该气体流量标准装置具有操作方便、稳定性高、重复性好等优点,特别是在高准确度小流量气体测量方面具有极大优势。The measurement of gas flow is an important part of scientific measurement. The standard equipment at present was adapted lower accuracy and higher cost to the calibration for small gas flow measurement. It was difficult to be realized gas flow verification and calibrated for high precision. The research designed standard method for the detection of high accuracy of gas flow by using of liquid displacement method, at the same time, the standard equipment could make different types of quantity comparison way diversification. Through the analysis of test results draw the following conclusions: this method could make the expansion uncertainty reached 0.09%, and the calibration accuracy reached 0.2 for the equipment, which could reached the design requirements. The gas flow standard equipment had the advantages of convenient operation, high stability, good repeatability, especially with great advantages in high accuracy for small gas flow measurement.
