摘　　要：文中针对Tetra通信系统中采用的ACELP算法,分析了该算法的基本原理,介绍了其算法基于VC++6.0的软件实现过程,重点阐述了ACELP在网络通信中的实现及应用情况。Aiming at ACELP algorithms applied in the Tetra communication system, this paper analyzes the basic theories of the algorithms and introduces its software implementation procedure based on VC＋＋6.0 with the concentration on the implementation and application of ACELP in the network communication.
