摘  要:作为一种技术先进、可靠性高、功能完善的远程网络通讯控制方式,CAN-bus已被广泛应用到自动化控制系统中。基于井下通讯控制设备故障定位不准,经常发生信息误报等因素,以保障井下设备和人员安全为目的,本文采用CAN总线通讯的方式让智能设备和主控制器之间进行数据交换。通过模拟现场环境的系统调试,得出CAN-bus的运用不仅可以增强系统的通讯可靠性、延长系统的距离、扩充系统的节点数,还能增强系统的实时性,让操作者能及时了解当前的井下情况,避免事故发生。As a kind of advanced technology, high reliability, perfect function of remote network communication control mode, CAN-bus has been widely applied to various automatic control system. In view of equipment fault location inaccurately, information reporting falsely such as factors in Mine-used Communication and Control System,this paper presents the data switching between the intelligent equipment and main controller by the communication mode of CAN-bus in order to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. Through the system debug of simulation environment, the results shows that the application of CAN-bus not only enhances the system reliability of communication system, extending distance, expanding the number of nodes in the system, but also enhances the real-time of system. It makes the operator can keep abreast of the current situation of the underground to avoid accidents.
