摘  要:庞庞塔煤矿10-702工作面使用便携式甲烷报警仪和光学瓦斯检测仪测定的数值不一致,数据相差近1%。通过对比两种检测仪器的原理、现场试验以及实验室气体取样分析,排除了仪器本身、井下环境、其他气体成分对测定数值的影响,得出两种检测仪器测定数据不一致的原因是由于工作面上隅角O2浓度偏低导致光学瓦斯检测仪测定数值偏大所致,并有针对性地提出光学瓦斯检测仪实测数据的修正公式等措施以解决类似的现场实际问题。The gas concentration values which were respectively measured by the portable gas detection alarm and the optical gas detector in 10-702 working face of Pangpangta Coal Mine were inconsistent, with the value difference of nearly 1%. Through the comparison of two gas detectors’ principle, the field tests and the analysis of gas samples in the laboratory, the influence of the detector itself, underground environment factors and other gas components on the measuring values was ruled out, and it came to the conclusion that the cause of inconsistent measuring values by two gas detectors was due to the low oxygen concentration at the upper corner angle of the face, which led to the measuring values by the optical gas detector on the high side. For this purpose, the modified formula for the measuring values by the optical gas detector was proposed so as to solve the similar problems on the site.
