摘 要:随着农业生态环境恶化,一种根据作物生长需要进行精准变量施肥、减少化肥投入、减轻环境污染的变量施肥技术越来越受到大家的关注。该技术能降低作物生产成本和保护环境,提高化肥利用率,有良好的经济效益和生态效益。本论文介绍基于电液马达的变量施肥机系统的组成及自主开发的变量控制器结构和工作原理,着重介绍了变量施肥的主要工作部件外槽轮式排肥器选用,通过排肥器性能试验,确定排肥器结构及运动参数对排肥量稳定性的影响,得到了最佳排肥器工作状态,为提高排肥精度提供依据。试验结果表明,该机具理论排肥量与实际排肥量之间误差小于5%,能满足生产要求。Variable rate fertilizing is focused by more and more people with the deterioration of the ecology and environment in agriculture gradually. According to the amount of the fertilizer demanded by the crop, the precise amount fertilizer was added by the advanced technology. So, the fertilizer was saved substantially, the cost was decreased and the pollution to the environment was relieved effectively. In this paper, the components of the variable rate fertilizer applicator based on hydraulic motor controlled by electron and the structure and basic principle of the variable controller own researched were presented in detail. Furthermore, the choice of the outer groove-wheel fertilizer feeder, as one of the main components variable rate fertilizer, was introduced. Besides, the effects of the structure and the motional parameter of fertilizer feeder on the stability of fertilize capability were discussed by the experiment carried on the fertilizer feeder. So, the optimum fertilizer feeder was obtained. The results from experiment showed that the error between actual fertilize capability and theoretical fertilize capability was less than 0.5%, which could satisfy the working need completely.
