摘 要:采用麻纤维地膜辅助盘根培育水稻机插秧,提高了秧板根系盘结力,使得盘育秧可以提早到2叶期进行乳苗机械移栽。试验数据表明.乳苗机械移栽较之3~4叶期中苗移栽,分蘖起始节位降低,秧苗素质全面提高,产量性状得到综合改进。本方案的优点在于。不改变盘育毯状苗机插秧的技术体系和现有机械设备,仅仅增加麻纤维地膜的使用,提高了作业质量.改进了秧苗素质,实现了籼型水稻插秧机高产栽培。Here we described a new method to improve the quality of the mechanized transplanting rice using bast fiber mulch film. This new method can facilitate?winding Roots tension, so the rice mechanized transplanting can be done as early as 2-leaves stage. From the data we got, comparing with traditional mechanized transplanting in 3-4 leasves stage, transplanting in 2-1eaves stage with the aid of bast fiber mulch film provided a lot of advantages, such as it can lower tiller node, enhance the quality of seedlings, and improve the rice yield forma- tion. The advantages of this new method are as the follows. First of all it makes use of equipment in using, no need to change the rice trans- planting machine and the technical system of tray-seedling of rice. The only effort we should do is laying a thin layer of bast fiber mulch film before sowing. Secondly, it improves the mechanized transplanting quality. At last it increases the yield of the indica rice mechanized transplanting.
