摘 要:针对椭圆齿轮行星系分插机构控制秧针轨迹特征的变量较少的问题,通过分析椭圆齿轮相位对传动特性的影响,提出了一种相位不同椭圆齿轮行星系分插机构,阐述了其结构原理并建立了运动分析模型,使控制秧针轨迹的变量达到9个。经对比分析得椭圆齿轮初始安装相位角使秧针尖轨迹高度减少,取秧相对速度有增有减,插秧穴口和推秧角度随初始安装相位角增大而逐渐减小。This paper focuses on the variables which control the characteristic of seedling needle was fewer for the transplanting mechanism with planetary elliptic gears transmission, the transplanting mechanism with differ phase elliptic gears transmission was proposed, and also expounded the structure principle and built the kinematic analysis model for this transplanting mechanism by analysis the elliptic gear phase influence on the drive characteristic, and made the variables that control the characteristic of seedhng needle track arrived at 9. The initial fix phase degree of elliptic gear reducing the trajectory height of seedling needle, and made the relative velocity of taking seedling was higher and some was lower, but the plant hole and push seedling angle decrease with the initial fix phase degree.
