兵团现代职业教育体系建设环境中的农机专业建设研究

摘　　要：在新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)农业装备水平和农业机械应用水平快速提升的同时,农机技术技能型人才却显得十分匮乏,给国家农业机械化推广基地(以下简称基地)的集约化建设和内涵式提升带来了制约。文章通过兵团农机发展现状分析和行业技术技能型人才需求调研,探讨在提升兵团农机装备水平和实现兵团农业机械化发展目标的过程中,在兵团现代职业教育体系建设环境下的农机专业技术技能型人才培养问题,为基地农机人力资源开发和储备提供重要参考。In Xinjiang production and construction corps （hereinafter referred to as the corps） agricultural equipment level and application level of agricultural machinery booming at the same time, agricultural machinery technology skilled talents is very scarce, to the national agricultural mechanization promotion base （hereinafter referred to as the base） of the intensive construction and connotative ascension brings. Article and through the analysis of the corps to the current situation of the development of agricultural machinery industry technology skilled talents demand research, explore the ascension large unit agricultural machinery equipment level and realize the process of agricul- tural mechanization development goals, the corps of modem vocational education system construction under the environment of agricuhural machinery professional skilled personnel training problems, base for agricultural machinery can provide a valuable reference for human re- sources development and reserves.
