摘　　要：代谢组学是系统生物学的重要组成部分,近年来,在中医药现代研究中应用越来越广泛。通过对代谢组学的形成、基本思想、特点优势、分析策略与技术以及在中医药若干科学问题研究中的应用现状等进行分析与论述,并对其进一步应用于中医药研究及揭示中药作用机制等方面进行分析与探讨。以期为采用代谢组学方法和技术揭示中医药现代科学内涵提供指引和参考。As an important component of systems biology, metabonomics was widely applied in modem research of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in recent years. This article summarized the formation, basic idea, advantage, analysis strategies, and technologies of metabonomics, as well as the progress for metabonomics in some scientific problems of TCM. Furthermore, the researches on the applications and mechanism of metabonomics in the research of TCM were discussed. In order to provide guidance and reference for researches, metabolomic methods and techniques are used to reveal the modem scientific connotation of TCM.
