摘　　要：基于非洲国家的语言现状并结合国家汉语战略,新时期对非语言战略应以增进中非民众的深层认知和交往,促进汉语成为非洲人民广泛学习使用的语言之一,传播中国文化,提升中国在非洲的软实力,进一步巩固中非关系为目标。其主要任务是:增进中非民众的语言文化接触和认知,促进中国文化在非洲的接受与扎根,与非洲人民共建和谐语言社会。在未来的对非语言工作中,应通过加强汉语和中国文化在非洲的传播,增强非洲语言人才培养等措施来推动对非语言战略的实施。Based on the language situations of African countries and combining with the national strategies of promoting Chinese, the goals of language strategies toward Africa in the new period include the following parts： promoting Chinese and African people＇ s deep understanding and communication, boosting Chinese to become one of the widely learned and used languages by the African people, spreading Chinese culture, and enhancing China＇s soft power in Africa so as to further strengthen Sino-African relations. Following are the main tasks： increasing Chinese and African people＇s contact and knowledge of language and culture, promo- ting Chinese culture to be accepted and take root in Africa, and building a harmonious language society togeth- er. To implement the strategies in the future, it is necessary to take measures such as strengthening the spread of Chinese language and culture in Africa, and improving training talents of African languages, and so on.
