三苯氧胺配伍乳癖消治疗乳腺增生的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨三苯氧胺配伍乳癖消治疗乳腺增生的临床效果。方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院2011年10月-2012年10月收治的120例乳腺增生患者,平均分为两组,观察组和对照组,观察组采用三苯氧胺配伍乳癖消治疗,对照组采用三苯氧胺治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价分析。结果:对照组治疗有效率为66.7%,观察组治疗有效率为96.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应4例,观察组不良反应0例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用三苯氧胺配伍乳癖消治疗乳腺增生,疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广与应用。[ Abstract ] Objective： To investigate clinical results of tamoxifen compatibility Rupixiao in treatment of breast hyperplasia.Method： 120 cases of breast hyperplasia were randomly selected in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012, the patients were average divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, the observation group treated with tamoxifen compatibility Rupixiao and control group patients treated with tamoxifen.The effect in the two groups were analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Result： The effective rate of the control group was 66：7%, the effective rate was 96.7% in the observation group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）; four cases of adverse reactions were observed in control group, 0 cases of adverse reactions in treatment group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Tamoxifen compatibility Rupixiao in treatment of breast hyperplasia is effective, safe and reliable, it is worthy of promotion and application.
