摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理二联法对普外科手术应激水平的影响。方法:以笔者所在医院2012年11月-2013年5月外科收治的94例手术患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均行常规术前准备与护理,观察组患者在此基础上增加心理护理二联护理。比较两组患者围手术期生理及心理应激水平、术后恢复情况、生活质量及对护理服务的满意度之间的差异。结果:观察组患者围手术期生理及心理应激水平低于对照组,术后恢复情况和生活质量高于对照组,护理服务满意度评价得分大于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理二联法能够有效降低普外科手术患者机体及心理应激水平,改善患者术后康复能力和生活质量,对提高护理服务满意度有积极作用。[ Abstract ] Objective： To investigate the effect of double psychological nursing method in the surgery of stress level among the patients in the general surgery department.Method： 94 patients in the general surgery department were divided into the objective group and control group.The traditional plan were used in all the patients.The objective group used double psychological nursing method additional.The perioperative physiological and psychological stress level, the postoperative recovery situation and the quality of life, nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result： There were better results in the comparison of perioperative physiological and psychological stress level, the postoperative recovery situation and the quality of life, nursing service satisfaction in the objective group than that in the control group.Conclusion： It can get a satisfaction effect to double psychological nursing method in the surgery of stress level among the patients in the general surgery department.
