摘  要:制备表面活性剂型催化剂三甲基十六烷基磷钨酸铵,并将其用于催化过氧化氢氧化环己烯制备己二酸.用红外光谱对三甲基十六烷基磷钨酸铵和己二酸的结构进行了表征,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、过氧化氢与环己烯的物质的量之比对己二酸产率的影响.结果表明:当过氧化氢与环己烯的物质的量之比为5∶1,催化剂用量为环己烯质量的5%,反应温度为95℃,反应时间为5h时,己二酸的分离产率可达73.25%.Abstract: A surfactant-type catalyst, trimethylhexadecyl ammonium phosphotungstate, was prepared and used for the synthesis of adipic acid from cyclohexene with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The effects of the dosage of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time, and the mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide with cyclo- hexene on the yield of adipic acid were studied. The structures of trimethylhexadecyl ammonium phospho- tungstate and adipic acid were determined by means of IR. The results indicate that the isolated yield of adipic acid can be up to 73.25 % at 95 E for 5 h when the mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide to cyclohexene is 5 : 1, the dosage of catalyst accounted for 5 % of cyclohexene.
