保温被针刺非织造布传热热阻的理论分析

摘  要:为准确地研究温室保温被芯层针刺非织造布的传热和保温特性,利用多孔介质传热理论对针刺非织造布的结构进行了分析,建立传热模型,对针刺非织造布的传热热阻进行公式计算。用氯纶纤维、腈纶纤维和涤纶纤维制成针刺非织造布,进行计算和实测,实测结果表明,热阻的理论计算值与试验测定值较为一致,表明该传热的理论模型具有较高的准确性。In order to exactly study the properties of heat-transformation and thermal-insulation of greenhouse heat preservation quilt made of needle-punch nonwovens, the structure of needle-punch nonwovens were analyzed and simplified as a model based on the theory of porous medium heat transfermation, making it possible to calculate thermal resistance of needle-punch nonwovens by formula. The calculation and measurement were performed on the needle-punch nonwovens made by polyvinyl chloride, acrylic and polyester. The results show that the theoretical calculations of the thermal resistance are almost consistent with the experimental measured values, indicating that the theorical model of heat transformation has a high reliability.
