摘  要:以茜草科植物鸡矢藤的茎秆为原料,通过浸渍结合碱煮脱胶的方法提取鸡矢藤纤维。采用组成成分测试、IR、SEM等测试与表征方法,对鸡矢藤纤维的组成成分和结构进行了分析和表征。进一步测试了鸡矢藤纤维的纺纱性能指标,分别为纤维索含量82.82%、比重1.323g/cm^3、长度41 mm、直径40.29μm、线密度2.93 dtex、单纤维强力55.4 cN、断裂强度18.9 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率2.87%。结果表明,所提取的鸡矢藤纤维组成成分和纺纱性能类似于麻类纤维,属于天然纤维素纤维,具有开发利用价值。In this paper, PSM fiber was produced by taking Paederia Scandense Merrill(PSM) stalk as raw material and degummed by pool dipping and sodium hydroxide boiling. The components and structure of the fiber were tested and indicated by relative component test, IR and SEM and analyzed and characterized. The spinnability of produced PSM fiber has further tested to indicate cellulose content being 82.82% , specific gravity being 1. 323g/cm^3 and 41mm longth, 40.29 μm diameter, 2.93dtex linear density, 55.4cN single fiber strength, 18.9cN/dtex relative strength and 2.87% break elongation. The result shows that PSM fiber is a natural cellulose fiber, the components and spinnability of PSM fiber are similar to that of flax fiber, which are of exploitation and application value.
