预牵伸倍数、捻度对氨纶弹力纱弹力的影响

摘　　要：在棉纺花式捻线小样机和赛络菲尔纺纱机上纺出两种不同类型的氨纶弹力纱,通过改变预牵伸倍数和捻度,观察两种弹力纱弹性伸长值的变化。用得出的有关实验数据建立了弹力纱的弹性伸长值与预牵伸倍数以及捻度之间的函数关系模型,总结了预牵伸倍数和捻度变化对弹力花式纱线和赛络菲尔纺弹力纱的影响,并探讨了设计中牵伸和捻度合理配置问题。The changes of elastic recovery, of two kinds of Lycra elastic yarns （ one spun on fancy twisting machine of cotton spinning system and the other on Sirofil spinning frame） were reviewed by changing the pre-draft ratio and twist. The relevant experimental data were used to establish the function model between the stretch of the elastic, yarn and pre-draft ratio and twist. The effect of the pre-draft ratio and twist on the stretch of the elastic＇ fancy yarn and Sirofil elastic yarn was summarized with how to rationally distribute draft and twist factor discussed.
