摘 要:通过实测胶砂流动度和混凝土和易性等,研究了花岗岩石粉作为掺合料等量取代水泥对水工混凝土工作性能的影响。试验结果表明:花岗岩石粉粒径与水泥粒径相比更细,且粒径分布更加均匀,用作水泥制品的掺合料有利于改善混凝土的孔结构;花岗岩石粉的需水量比为95%,颗粒分布较水泥更均匀且粒度更细,掺入花岗岩石粉后胶砂体系级配更好,等量取代水泥时,胶砂流动性相对于基准水泥显著提高;在水胶比相同情况下,随着混凝土设计强度等级的提高,水泥和花岗岩石粉总量提高,混凝土坍落度随之增大,但其黏聚性变差,泌水率升高,凝结时间也随之增加。Abstract: The study on the working performance of hydraulic concrete, in which some amount of cement was replaced by granite powder, was car- tied out via the measurement of the fluidity of mortar and the workability of concrete. The results are extracted as follows : The size of granite powder is slimier than that of cement particle and well-distributed. As admixture for cement products, the granite powders improve its structure of the inner pore; Water demand ratio of granite stone powder is 95% , the size is slimier than that of cement particle and well-distributed, after mixed with granite powder, the mortar grading system is better, equivalent replacement of cement, the liquidity of mortar relative to the benchmark cement im- proved significantly; Under the condition of the same water/cement ratio, with the improvement of design strength grade of concrete, the volume of cement and granite powder is increasing, the slump of concrete increases, but the cohesiveness is poor, the bleeding rate is increased, the setting time is also increased.
