摘 要:为探讨大树高接的嫁接方式对苹果实生苗叶片中内源激素含量变化规律产生的影响,于河北省农林科学院石家庄果树研究所苹果标本实验园内,分别采集了5至9月份苹果实生苗国红×长富6的实生后代叶片,通过萃取、高效液相色谱等分离纯化方法,对直接定植及大树高接嫁接这2种处理下苹果叶片中内源激素含量进行了分析比较。结果表明:大树高接嫁接方式下,苹果叶片中与成花相关的内源激素GA3、IAA、CTK含量均比直接定植的实生苗内源激素含量低,但ABA含量显著提高。In order to explore the effects of top -grafting on the changes of endogenous hormone content in the leaves of apple seedlings, from May to September, we gathered the leaves of apple seedlings from Guohong ×Changfu 6, which were directly plan-ted in the field or were top-grafted, and analyzed and compared their endogenous hormone contents by using the methods of extrac -tion and HPLC .The results showed that the contents of GA 3 , IAA and CTK in the leaves of the top -grafted apple seedlings were lower than those in the leaves of the directly -planted trees , but the content of ABA was opposite to this .
