摘 要:钉形水泥土搅拌桩解决了普通水泥土搅拌桩应用中存在的诸多问题,工程实践证明了它的优越性、经济性,以及良好的工程效果。研究工作多集中在现场试验和数值分析方面,但对桩体弹性模量的选取较为随意,制约了数值分析的应用。以宁波某工程软土地基钉形水泥土搅拌桩应用为背景,结合现场单桩载荷试验及无侧限抗压强度试验,通过数值计算与现场试验荷载-沉降曲线对比分析,得到了弹性模量与无侧限抗压强度的关系,并验证了其合理性。供同类工程参考。Nail-shaped cement-soil mixing pile solves many problems in application of general cement-soil mixing pile, and the practice has proved its advantages, economic efficiency and good effect in engineering. The study lays more stress on field test and numerical analysis, but selection of elastic modulus of the pile is at one's discretion, leading to restriction in application of numerical analysis. Depending on the application of nail-shaped cement-soil mixing pile for soft foundation in a project in Ningbo, this paper combined with field pile load test and unconfined compression strength test, and made comparison between the numerical calculation result and load-settlement curve for field test, thus concluded the relation between the elastic modulus and unconfined compression strength and verified its reasonability.
