摘 要:随着城市基础设施建设的加快,地下空间得到有效利用,各种市政管线、地铁等相互交叉穿越,造成穿越工程施工难度加大、风险高,穿越地铁施工更是这样。此文以新建电力隧道密贴下穿北京地铁1号线区间隧道工程为例,根据工程情况,采用有限元数值模拟软件ANSYS对施工过程进行模拟,研究穿越工程施工对既有地铁隧道造成的影响及变形规律,探讨注浆加固及顶升技术对地铁隧道的影响规律。通过模拟计算与分析得出,穿越工程施工对既有结构引起的沉降随着注浆强度的增加而减小,且减小量逐渐变缓;适当增大千斤顶预加力和采取有效措施可以控制既有结构沉降,达到设计指标和要求。Along with the speeding of urban infrastructure construction, underground space are efficiently used. Va- rious municipal pipelines and subways pass through each other, which make engineering construction in- crease difficulty and high risk, especially those in the subway construction. Taking the new electric pow- er tunnel stickily crosses tunnel project in Beijing metro line 1 as an example, according to the engineer- ing situation, the finite element numerical simulation software ANSYS is used to simulate the construction process, research the effects on the existing subway tunnel construction and deformation law and explore the influence law of grouting reinforcement and jack - up technique on subway tunnel. Through simula- tion calculation and analysis, the crossing project construction settlement caused by both the structure de- creases with the increase of the intensity of grouting, and the reduction is slowing down gradualIy. Ap- propriately increase jack pre - tension and take effective measures to control the subsidence of existing structures can meet the design index and requirements.
