摘　　要：目的：了解某客运段列车员对艾滋病知识和态度的认知状况，为制订相应健康教育对策提供依据。方法：采取整群抽样的方法，对某客运段3608例列车员进行艾滋病知识和态度的问卷调查。结果：某客运段列车员艾滋病知识和态度总体知晓率为86．47％。其中，男性为90．79％，女性为83．90％（P〈0．01）；25岁以下为86．11％，25—40岁为86．55％，40岁以上为86．78％（P〉0．05）；初中及以下文化为77．38％，高中／中专文化为85．86％，大专及以上文化为89．35％（P〈0．01）。不同性别、不同文化程度列车员的知晓率存在一定差异。结论：某客运段列车员艾滋病知识和态度总体知晓率较高，主要传播途径知晓率较高，但对非传播途径的知晓率较低，应进一步加强对列车员艾滋病防治知识教育的深度和力度，提高其自我保健意识和自身防护能力。Objective：To understand the status of acquired immune deficiency syndrome-related knowledge and attitude a-mong the conductors in a passenger transport depot, and provide reference for the targeted acquired immune deficiency syn- dromehealth education in the future. Methods：Cluster sampling method was adopted to perform a questionnaire survey on 3608 conductors for the knowledge and attitude about acquired immune deficiency syndrome. Results：The overall awareness rate of acquired immune deficiency syndrome-related knowledge and attitude was 86.47%. It was 90.79% in male and 83.90% in female （P 〈0.01 ）. It was 86.11% ,86.55% and 86.78% in the conductors aged from under 25,25 to 40 and above 40 years old respectively （P 〉 0.05 ）. It was 77.38%, 85.86% and 89.35% in the conductors at the education level of junior high school, senior high school/technical secondary school and institutions of higher education respectively （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a difference in the conductors with different sex and education level. Conclusion ：The overall awareness rate of acquired immune deficiency syndrome-related knowledge and attitude among the conductors in a passenger transport depot was high. The aware- ness rate of transmission ways of acquired immune deficiency syndrome was higher,but the rate of non-transmission ways of ac- quired immune deficiency syndrome was relatively poor. It is necessary to enhance heath education of acquired immune defi- ciency syndrome prevention for conductors, in order to improve conductors self-help consciousness and their protection ability.
