摘　　要：目前许多实体书店受到网络书店、房租和人工费用上涨等因素的影响,经营惨淡,已经纷纷关闭。如何从自身寻找出路,结合自身状况经营、管理好实体书店,是很多实体书店业主都要面临的问题。保护好实体书店,使实体书店健康可持续发展,除了追寻相关优惠政策,更多还要靠自身的努力。Now many of the bookstores are affected by the online bookstores because of the rent and labor costs increases and are being run badly, many of them are even closed. So how to find a way out and manage the stores well depends on the bookstore owners who are supposed to protect their stores and keep healthy and sustainable development of them through their own efforts instead of depending only on pursuing the related preferential policies.
