摘 要:以呼和浩特金河水厂为例,对该水厂滤池运行过程中出现的跑砂和反冲洗异常现象进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。分析结果表明,滤池跑砂呈明显的规律性,为部分反冲进气阀的安装角度不合理造成,需要水平旋转90°;滤头严重破损或滤板断裂,滤砂流失到滤板下方,是由于滤头和滤板老化,同时玻璃钢滤板长期浸泡在水中,体积膨胀却缺少膨胀空间,在滤砂重力作用下的下凹达到一定极限后导致,因此在更换新滤板时要留出一定的滤板膨胀空间。Taking Jinhe Waterworks in Hohhot as an example, sand loss and abnormal backwash were analyzed in the process of filter operation of this waterworks, and the relevant resolve measures were put forward. The analysis results indicated that the sand loss in filter presented regularity obviously which impacted by the installation angle of some backwash inlet valves. The installation was needed to rotate 90~horizontally. The aging was happened in filter nob and filter board which raised the heavy filter nob damage or filter board break and sand loss below the filter board. The glass fiber reinforced plastic filter board was immersed in water over a long period of time, and the volume expansion was happened which caused inside cave and break. Thus, it needed certain filter board expansion space before replacement of the new filter board.
