摘  要:目的:评价猕猴桃根多糖脂质体的抗免疫性肝损伤药效作用;方法采用ConA所致小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,以联苯双酯作为阳性对照药,通过测定肝损伤小鼠的血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、小鼠干扰素γ(IFN-γ)等指标,观察肝组织病理改变,研究APPS多相脂质体口服液的抗免疫性肝损伤药效作用。结果 APPS多相脂质体口服液各剂量组均能有效降低模型小鼠血清ALT、AST活性(P〈0.05),减轻小鼠肝组织损伤程度,高、中剂量组可显著降低小鼠血浆IFN-γ、TNF-α含量(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);结论 APPS多相脂质体口服液对小鼠ConA所致免疫肝损伤具有较好的防治作用,其作用可能与降低小鼠血浆IFN-γ、TNF-α含量有关。Objective To explore the effect of the actinidia planch polysaccharide polyphase liposome against immune liver injury. Method Adopting the mice model of immune liver injury induced by con-canavalin A(ConA),with biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate as a positive drμg,through the determination of liver injury in mice serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST),tumor necrosis factor(TNF- α),mouse interferon gamma(IFN- γ),liver pathologic changes were observed to study on pharmacodynamics effect of the APPS polyphase liposome oral liquid. Result Different dose group of APPS polyphase liposome oral liquid could effectually decrease the activity of ALT and AST in mice model(P〈0.05)and relieve of the degree of liver tissue damage. Grounps of High and middle dose can significantly decrease the content of IFN-γ,TNF-α(P〈0.01,P〈0.05). Conclusion APPS polyphase liposome has good preventive and therapeutic effect on ConA induced immune acute liver injury in mice,and this effect may be concerned with the degrade of IFN-γ,TNF-αin blood plasma.
