微博反腐:双刃剑效应与路径选择

摘　　要：随着自媒体迅速发展,微博反腐应运而生,为公民参与反腐败斗争开辟了新途径。微博反腐作为一种新兴的反腐方式,犹如一柄"双刃剑":一方面具有正效应,对廉洁政治建设发挥着积极的推动作用;另一方面也存在着一些负效应,严重制约其作用的发挥。在分析微博反腐双刃剑效应的基础上,针对当下微博反腐存在的问题,提出了"多方参与、共同治理"的路径选择,从法律、机制、素质、技术四个层面提供解决对策,为微博反腐的趋利避害和进一步发展提供一定借鉴。With the rapid development of the Micro-media,micro-blog emerges at a historic moment, open ups a new way for the public to struggle against corruption.As a new way of anti-corruption,it j ust like a “Double-edged Sword”：On the one hand,it has a positive effect on the clean political construction：On the other hand,it also has some negative effects,which restrict its function seriously.Based on the a-nalysis of its double-edged sword effect,this paper puts forward to a path selection of “multi-participation and co-governance ”,offers resolutions from law,mechanism,quality and technology in view of current problems existing in the anti-corruption through micro-blog,providing references for its further develop-ment and strengthening its advantages and avoiding the weakness.
