摘 要:采用超滤膜法研究天津临港海域海水中有机物相对分子质量分布特性,对比检测了超滤膜滤过液和浓缩液的化学需氧量(CODMn)和245nm处的紫外吸光度(UV254),应用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC-MS)定性检测小分子有机物种类。结果表明,海水中溶解性有机物以小分子有机物为主体,相对分子质量小于1kDal的小分子有机物占总有机物的51.73%,而大于100k的有机物仅为总有机物的10.18%。根据GC-MS解谱,共确定出四十余种有机物,以烃类、醇类、酯类和芳香族化合物为主,且多为人工合成有机物。A uhrafiltration membrane method was applied to investigate the characteristics of organic matters molecular weight distribution in Tianjin Lingang seawater , chemical oxygen demand (CODMn) and ultraviolet absorbance at the wavelength at 254 nm (UV254) of the permeate and concentrated water were measured and compared . This paper analyzed the low MW of organic components qualitatively by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method (GC-MS). The results demonstrated that low MW of dissolved organics took great part in the seawater, in which the proportion of the organics with the MW less than 1000 Dalton accounted for 51.73% of total organics, while the organics with the MW 〉 100k Dalton only accounted for 10.18% . According to the researching of GC-MS , more than 40 kinds of organic compounds were identified , mainly involving hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters and aromatic compounds, and most of them were artificially synthesized.
