樱桃砧木吉塞拉6号组培快繁技术研究

摘　　要：以樱桃砧木吉塞拉6号为试材,取一年生新梢进行组培快繁。结果表明:最佳初代培养基为MS+0.2 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA;最佳增殖培养基为MS+0.1 mg/L IBA+0.3 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L TDZ,增殖系数达6.8;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 g/L Ac(活性炭),生根率达74%。选取有5片以上有效叶的健壮试管苗移栽到1/2蛭石+1/2珍珠岩基质中,成活率达90%以上。Using cherry stock Gisela 6 as material, the annual new shoots were chosen for tissue culture and rapid propagation .The results showed that the optimal initial medium was MS ＋0.2 mg/L IBA＋0.5 mg/L 6-BA;the optimal proliferation medium was MS ＋0.1 mg/L IBA＋0.3 mg/L 6-BA＋0.05 mg/L TDZ with the proliferation coefficient as 6.8;the optimal rooting medium was 1/2MS＋0.5 mg/L IBA＋0.5 mg/L NAA＋0 .5 g/L Ac （ activated carbon ） with the rooting rate as 74%.Strong test-tube plantlets with more than 5 effective leaves were transplanted into medium with 1/2 vermiculite and 1/2 perlite , and the survival ratio was over 90%.
