摘 要:利用容器育苗技术,在温室内进行了‘青林’核桃种子容器育苗试验,研究了核桃种子的出苗规律,并对苗木生长过程进行了初步探讨与分析。结果表明:‘青林’核桃容器育苗的发芽率为97.0%,出苗率为90.3%,苗木生长整齐,出苗期较短;苗木生长可分为出苗期、幼嫩期、速生期和苗木硬化期4个时期;1年生苗木苗高、地径出现两次生长速生期:第一次苗高、地径速生期为3月下旬~4月上旬,第二次苗高速生期在7月中旬~8月中旬,地径速生期在8月上旬~8月下旬,地径速生期滞后于苗高生长20 d左右;苗高、地径的生长符合“S”形生长曲线;1年生容器播种苗干鲜重之比为0.494,地上与地下部分鲜重之比为1.072,地上与地下部分干重之比为0.915。The container nursery experiment was conducted with ‘Qinglin ’ walnut ( Juglans regia L.) seeds in greenhouse to study the emergence rule and growth process of seedlings .The results showed that the germination rate of ‘Qinglin’ walnut seeds was 97.0%, and the emergence rate of seedlings was 90.3%.The seedlings grew uniformly , and the seeding time was shorter .The growth of ‘Qinglin’ walnut seedlings passed through four consecutive phases including seedling emergence period , young period , fast -growing period , and hardening period .Two fast -growing periods of annual walnut seedlings appeared in plant height and ground diameter;the first one was from the last ten -day of March to the first ten-day of April;the second one for plant height was from the middle ten -day of July to that of August , while that for ground diameter was from the first to the last ten-day of August .The change of plant height and ground diameter could be well de-scribed by the typical “S” curve.For the annual walnut seedlings , the ratio of dry weight to fresh weight was 0 .494;the ratio of fresh weight between the overground part and underground part was 1 .072 , while that of dry weight was 0.915.
