农村生活垃圾问题及其污染防治对策

摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和农民生活水平的不断提高,农村生活垃圾产生量逐渐增多,成份越来越复杂,对水体、大气、土壤、生态景现及人体健康等造成了严重的危害。本研究以富平县华朱乡为例,对农村生活垃圾污染和处理现状进行调查与分析,总结农村生活垃圾处理和管理中存在的问题并提出相应的改善措施和建议,尽量做好农村生活垃圾的减量化、资源化和无害化,减少生活垃圾对农村生态环境的污染,彻底改善农村环境质量。With the rapid development of economics and continuous improvement of farmers ’ living , the output of rural household waste gradually increased , and their components were more and more complex .They caused serious harm to water , air, soil, ecological landscape , human health and so on .In this paper, taking Huazhu village in Fuping County as example , the rural household waste pollution and treatment status were in-vestigated and analyzed .The problems during dealing with and managing rural household waste were summa-rized .And corresponding improving measures and suggestions were put forward , for instance , trying to reduce the output of rural household waste , making them recoverable and harmless , reducing the pollution to country-side ecological environment , and improving the rural environment quality thoroughly .
