摘　　要：针对国际科技合作中企业与第三方渠道联合难的问题,从效用扩展性和效应增效性的角度,研究了国际科技合作企业和第三方渠道独立和联合开展反竞争情报时的效用均衡解,提出增效性效用的不同取值是影响国际科技合作中企业与第三方渠道是否联合的关键。In view of the difficult problems coursed by the domestic enterprises and the third party channel in the international cooperation in science and technology, the paper discusses the different utility equilibrium when the domestic enterprises and the third party channel carry out the independent and the combined counterintelligence in the international cooperation in science and technology, and proposes that the synergistic effect with different numerical values is the key to affect the enterprise international science and technology cooperation with third party channels.
