摘 要:专利作为集技术信息、经济情报和法律文本于一体的知识载体,代表了某一产业领域阶段时期内的技术水平,同时也是衡量产业技术创新的重要指标。转基因技术是现代生物技术的核心,也是推动生物产业这一战略性新兴产业培育和发展的关键技术支撑。基于《德温特专利数据库》中收录的中国大陆和台湾地区的转基因专利数据,从专利数量、专利权人和专利技术布局等方面考查两岸具有竞争实力的生物技术企业和转基因产业的现状,进而对海峡两岸转基因技术产业化的市场竞争态势做出初步预见,提出海峡两岸发展生物产业对策建议。As the integrated knowledge carrier of technical information, economic information and legal texts, patent represents the tech-nology level of some industries in a specific period of its different development stages, and it is also a measure index of industrial technolo-gy innovation. As the core of modern biotechnology, transgenic technology is also a key support technology to promote the breeding and development of the strategically burgeoning biological industry. Based on the transgenic patent data of China's Mainland and Taiwan region indexed in the Derwent patent database, this paper examines the situation of the biological technology and biological industry from the number of patents, patentees, patent technology layout across the Taiwan strait. Furthermore, this paper predicts the market competition situation of the industrial development of the transgenic technology across the strait and provides the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of the biotechnology industry for both sides.
