摘 要:大容量双六相储能电机不仅结构复杂,而且工作过程是个暂态过程,难以采用传统解析分析方法进行详细研究。简述了该电机电枢绕组区别与传统十二相电机的布置特点,建立其dq0坐标系的数学模型,进而阐述了电机内部多相绕组之间复杂的电磁耦合关系,采用梯形迭代算法建立其数值仿真模型,并简要说明了励磁控制模型框图,再通过转速同步算法将现有的励磁机模型的转速同步,在PSCAD/EMTDC中构建了较完整的双六相储能电机系统仿真模型。仿真模拟了变流器工作于恒占空比模式的能量释放过程,仿真结果与实验数据吻合,确认了所建模型和算法的正确性。Energy storage system with dual six-phase machine of great capacity is relatively complicated, and its operation procedure is transient. Therefore, it is not convenient to study the performance of such system profoundly by analytical method. Firstly, difference of winding layout between this machine and traditional 12-phase machine was described briefly;then, mathematical model was established, and the complicated electromagnetic coupling relationship inside windings of this machine was illuminated. Here- after, its simulation codes were developed by implicit trapezoid iterative method. The block diagram of the exciter controller was described briefly, and exciter speed was locked with the speed of main generator by speed synchronous algorithm. Finally, the simulation codes of the whole system were developed in PSCAD/EMTDC. A load condition was simulated, in which the duty ratio of inverter was constant. The accuracy of the model and the validity of the proposed method are confirmed by comparisons between the experimental test results and simulation results.
