摘　　要：介绍了护理质量评价的概念,从评价模式的发展、评价工具的发展、评价组织、评价的主要内容、评价方法综述了护理质量评价体系的发展;提出我国在护理质量评价中存在的不足,以及护理人员如何认识自己的不足,主动提高自身的服务意识,找出真正的质量缺陷。It introduced the concept of nursing quality evaluation, and re- viewed the development of nursing quality evaluation system from develop- ment of evaluation model, development of evaluation tool, evaluation or ganization,main content of evaluation and evaluation methods. It put for- ward the existing deficiencies in nursing quality evaluation in China and nurses how to recognize their own shortcomings and initiatively improve their own sense of service, so as to find out the real quality defects.
