摘　　要：ICU病人经常出现谵妄、烦躁、不配合治疗的情况,增加了非计划拔管的危险,身体约束作为保护病人,对病人干预治疗的一种简单的解决方法,在临床中应用广泛,但同时身体约束的使用涉及病人生理、心理、法律和伦理等多方面的问题,因此通过对身体约束在ICU的临床应用情况进行综述,来揭示身体约束存在问题,以期规范使用。ICU patients often have delirium,restlessness,not cooper- ating with treatment, so the unplanned extubation was increased. Physical restraint need to be as a simple solution of intervention and protection of patients. It was widely used in clinic, but physical re- straint involved in physiological, psychological, legal and ethical problems in patients, therefore it reviewed the application status of physical restraint for ICU patients to reveal the problems in physical restraint, so as to regulate the use of it.
