摘 要:[目的]了解糖尿病病人饮食治疗的现状和影响病人不良饮食行为的原因,为进一步开展饮食教育的研究提供理论依据和科学指导。[方法]选取2011年8月—2012年6月在同济医院内分泌科住院治疗的200例糖尿病病人,采用问卷调查方式对糖尿病病人进行饮食知识和行为的调查并分析影响饮食行为的因素。[结果]饮食行为好的占10.50%,中等占43.00%,差占46.50%;糖尿病饮食相关知识掌握程度好的占41.00%,中等占46.50%,差占12.50%;年龄、文化程度、职业、病程、糖尿病类型、饮食知识对糖尿病病人饮食行为有影响(P<0.05)。[结论]糖尿病病人饮食行为现状不容乐观,健康教育应根据病人的年龄、职业、文化程度、接受能力、疾病类型和病程的不同,因地制宜,有针对性地进行教育。Objective:To know about the status quo of diet therapy for di- abetes patients and reasons of affecting unhealthy dietary behaviors of patients, so as to provide theoretical evidences and scientific guidance for further research on dietary education. Methods: A total of 200 diabetic patients in department of Endocrinology in Tongji Hospital were selected from August in 2011 to June in 2012. Questionnaires were used for inves- tigation on the dietary knowledge and behaviors of diabetic patients and analyzing the influencing factors of dietary behaviors. Results:Good diet- ary behaviors accounted for 10.50%, moderate accounting for 43.00%, poor accounting for 46.50 %. Good diabetic diet related knowledge level accounted for 41.00 %, moderate accounting for 46.50%, poor account- ing for12.50 %. Age, educational level, occupation, duration, type of dia- betes and dietary knowledge some had influences on dietary behaviors of diabetes patients(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The status quo of dietary behav- iors of diabetes patients is not optimistic. Health education should be car- ried out targetedly based on the patients' age, occupation, education lev- el, acceptable capacity,type and duration of diabetes patients.
