摘　　要：设计开发数字化助孕夫妇周期治疗护理信息系统,包括系统结构设计、开发运行环境、功能模块及操作界面,实现了助孕夫妇周期治疗个人基本情况、相貌体征、促排卵药物治疗、取卵术、新鲜/冻融胚胎移植术和妊娠随访等环节的数据采集、存储、复核并形成护理记录单,以完成对助孕夫妇周期治疗信息的护理管理。Digital progesterone couple cycle treatment and care information systems were designed and developed, including design of systems struc- ture,development of runtime environment, functional modules and opera- tion interface. Data collection, storage and review were realized including basic personal situation, looks signs, ovulation induction medications, egg retrieval surgery, fresh/frozen embryo transplantation and pregnancy fol- low - up and other links, so as to finish the nursing management of proges- terone couple cycle treatment information.
