摘　　要：阐述国内外LNG动力船舶概况、推进船舶"油改气"的政策和标准规范,分析船舶"油改气"面临的主要问题,介绍试点项目申报与审批流程、项目申报需要完成的具体工作内容以及项目实施步骤,探讨了LNG动力船舶关键风险点及其控制手段。The general situation of LNG-pow- ered ships at home and abroad, policies, standards and codes for promoting conversion from oil to gas for ships are described, and the main problems faced by conversion from oil to gas for ships are analyzed. The application and approval process of a pilot project, the specific work to be performed for application of the project and the project implementation steps are intro- duced. The key risk points of LNG-powered ships and their control means are discussed.
