摘　　要：报告3例神经外科介入手术患者,应用Angio-Seal血管封堵器后并发急性下肢动脉栓塞的护理。介入手术前全面评估患者是否存在并发急性下肢动脉栓塞的危险因素、术后注意观察相关症状是预防的重点。一旦发生,除患肢护理外,应积极配合医生做好取栓术的准备,术后加强患肢观察,警惕动脉缺血性再灌注综合征及出血的发生。This paper introduces the nursing care of 3 patients with acute lower limb arterial embolism associated with the Angio-Seal vascular closure devices after neurosurgical endovascular procedure. The key points of nursing were careful assessment of risk factors of acute lower limb arterial embolism before the procedure and close observation of related symptoms after the procedure. Once acute lower limb arterial embolism occurred,in addition to taking care of affected limb,nurses should cooperate with surgeons for embolectomy preparation and closely observe the affected limb to timely detect arterial ischemic reperfusion syndrome and bleeding after the operation.
