20例伴大面积皮肤软组织缺损的断臂再植术后创面行负压封闭引流的护理

摘　　要：总结了20例伴大面积皮肤软组织缺损的断臂再植术后创面行负压封闭引流的护理经验。掌握创面冲洗及引流管道设置、冲洗时机及方法,做好负压值调节,严密观察引流情况和再植肢体血液循环变化,积极处理疼痛。本组术后行有效负压引流及冲洗7~16d,再植肢体全部成活,二期植皮及组织瓣移植修复创面术后顺利成活。This paper summarizes the nursing experiences of 20 patients receiving wound vacuum sealing drainage after replantation for upper extremity amputation combined with massive soft tissue defect. The key points in nursing were placement of drainage tubes,time and method of irrigation,adjustment of negative pressure,close observation of drainage status and changes of blood supply of replanted extremities. The patients received 7 to 16-day vacuum sealing drainage after replantation. All amputated upper extremities,secondary skin and tissue flap grafts survived.
