摘　　要：总结2例经导管主动脉瓣植入术治疗高危主动脉瓣重度狭窄患者的护理。术前做好心理护理,采取措施改善心功能、营养状况及其他合并疾病,制订多学科应急预案等;术后重视患者主诉,严密心律、心率、血压等监护,加强穿刺部位及急性肾功能衰竭等的观察护理,发现异常及时处理;重视出院指导。术后1个月,2例随访效果满意。This paper summarizes the nursing care of two high-risk patients with severe aortic valve stenosis receiving transcatheter aortic valve implantation. Preoperative care focused on psychological nursing,strategies to improve heart function and nutritional condition,treatment of complicated diseases and developing multidisciplinary emergency plan. Postoperative care included paying attention to patients＇ complains,intensive monitoring of heat rhythm,heart rate and blood pressure,observation of the puncture site and signs of acute renal failure,timely treatment of abnormal symptoms and discharge guidance. The 2 patients got through the operation successfully and recovered well one month after operation.
