摘　　要：总结1例系统性红斑狼疮合并冷抗体型自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者的护理。护理要点包括:密切关注生命体征的变化,做好极重度贫血的治疗及护理,正确采集各种标本,注意观察下肢深静脉血栓的形成并采取相应的护理措施,做好血浆置换的护理、用药护理及心理护理等。经上述措施的实施,住院16d后患者病情好转出院。This paper summarizes the nursing care of a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus and cold resistant body autoimmune hemolytic anemia. The key points in nursing were close observation of the changes of vital signs,treatment and care of severe anemia,correct collection of specimens,prevention,detection and treatment of deep venous thrombosis,nursing of plasma exchange,medication nursing and psychological intervention. The patient was discharged with improvement 16 days later.
