枕颌带牵引治疗34例小儿寰枢椎半脱位的护理

摘　　要：总结了应用持续枕颌带牵引治疗34例小儿寰枢椎半脱位的护理体会。牵引过程中患儿绝对卧床,保持有效牵引,重视安全管理,防止呼吸道受压,注意视力保护和饮食护理,加强与患儿沟通及家属健康教育,积极预防并发症,做好出院宣教。本组经过2~3周牵引治疗,33例治愈,1例转院。This paper summarizes the nursing experiences of 34 children with persistent traction belt at both the occiput and the mandible for the treatment of atlanto-axial subluxation. During the process of traction,nursing care focused on keeping the children staying in bed absolutely,maintaining effective traction,strengthening safety management,prevention of respiratory compression,protection of vision,diet management,strengthening communication with children,health education to parents,prevention of complications and discharge education. Thirty-three children were cured and one case was transferred to other hospital after 2 to 3 weeks＇ traction treatment.
