12例人感染H7N9禽流感重症患者应用体外膜肺氧合治疗的监护

摘　　要：总结了12例人感染H7N9禽流感重症患者应用体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)治疗的监护体会。包括体外膜肺氧合治疗期间仪器运转、机械通气、血流动力学、体温和感染的监护,特别是重视并发症的预防与处理是患者治疗成功的关键。本组12例患者7例成功撤离ECMO,其中5例康复出院,1例还在继续康复中,1例并发多器官功能衰竭死亡;5例在ECMO治疗过程中死亡。This paper summarizes the intensive care of 12 severe patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation（ECMO） for the treatment of human infection with avian influenza A H7N9 virus. The key points for successful treatment were monitoring of ECMO instruments, mechanical ventilation, hemodynamics, temperature and infections, as well as prevention and treatment of complications. Seven cases were successfully evacuated from ECMO,5 of them were discharged with recovery,one case received further rehabilitation treatment and one case died of multiple organ failure; the other 5 cases died during the process of ECMO treatment.
