摘　　要：随着电视智能化和互联网化的快速发展,各种互联网应用和信息服务正快速向电视屏迁移。电视不仅成为互联网的新入口,而且电视行业也进入电视应用生态产业链构筑的关键时期。从电信运营商角度,分析了互联网电视应用的运营模式和管理需求,提出了一种互联网电视应用生态系统构筑方案,其特点包括将应用和服务打包按套餐进行销售,以及"终端管理平台+应用管理平台+电视应用商店+管道+电视桌面"的应用管理模式。With the rapid development of intelligent TV and Internet,the Internet applications and services are bringing to TV.TV has becoming the new accesses to Internet,and TV industry is entering into the crucial period of construction of TV application ecosystem.From the perspective of telecom operators,the operation mode and management demanding of Internet TV applications are analyzed,a solution to the building of Internet TV application ecosystem is proposed.The solution properties include the application management mode which can be described as ＂Terminal management Platform＋TV application management platform＋TV store＋pipeline＋TV launcher＂,and applications and services are sold by package.
