摘 要:针对国内搪塑机主要依赖进口的局面,在分析搪塑工艺技术的基础上,自主研发了一种大型风循环式搪塑机,其特点是对模具加热和冷却均采用风循环的方式。对搪塑机的预热炉、转料装置、塑化炉和冷却室等关键部件进行了结构设计,包括在预热炉中采用数字化燃烧管理器及对炉内风管进行仿形设计以实现大型模具在炉内热处理的均匀性,在转料装置中采用一个大孔进、多个小孔出的旋转气动接头以有效改善气缸的敲击力,在塑化炉中采用4风道72风管以实现对模具充分均匀加热,在冷却室中冷凝器的下方设计冷凝水收集装置以避免在背离模具的搪塑表皮B表面上形成薄膜型气泡缺陷。该设备可完成10套模具的共线生产,生产节拍为90 s/张,满足了中高档汽车仪表板的生产质量要求。According to the situation of the slush molding machine being heavily dependent on import,a large slush molding machine with wind circulaion manner was self-developed,in which molds were heated or cooled by being exposed to cyclic air. The structures of key components such as preheating furnace,material rotated device,plasticizing furnace and cooling chamber were designed. Both digital-control burner and profile-modeling design of air ducts in the preheating furnace were adopted to homogenize heat treatment of large molds. The material rotated device employed a rotary pneumatic connector which had a big inlet and many small outlets to improve the beating force of the air cylinder. In the plasticizing furnace,four air flues and seventy-two air ducts were used to heat the mold uniformly. In the cooling chamber,the collecting device of condensate water was installed under the condenser to avoid thin-film type bubble defects of B surfaces of slush skins deviated from the molds. In all,the slush molding machine can make ten sets of molds work in a production line and the production time is 90 seconds per sheet,which can satisfy the production quality requirements of the instrument panel of middle and advanced cars successfully.
