摘 要:目的:通过传统的形态描述和现代的HPLC检测方法结合,研究白术饮片的质量。方法:对白术饮片的色泽、形状、气味、质地进行描述,评价优劣;用HPLC方法测定白术饮片中药效成分白术内酯Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ的含量,评价其质量。结果:白术饮片色黄或较黄、有明显黄色或红棕色朱砂点、质地硬有较大裂隙者,白术内酯类成分含量较高,白术内酯Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ含量总和均>0.6 mg·g-1。结论:白术饮片的传统评价结果与现代HPLC方法测定白术内酯含量评价结果基本一致。Objective: To establish the standard of evalating the quality of pieces of Atractylodesmacrocephala through the combination of traditional morphological descriptions and content of some active components by HPLC. Method: The pieces of A. macrocephala were classified based on their color, shape, smell and texture and the content of atractylenolide Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ by HPLC. Result: The content of atractylenolide was higher in those Atractylodes pieces that were yellow or more yellow, had clear yellow or reddish brown spots of oil cavity and that were scleroid with big cracks. The content of total atractylenolide Ⅰ , Ⅱand Ⅲ is nearly to 0.6 -1 mg .g Conclusion: The results of traditional evaluation of pieces of A. macrocephala and the content of atractylenolide Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ are basically the same.
