摘  要:采用对苯乙烯磺酸钠、马来酸酐、木质素磺酸钙为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂合成了接枝改性木质素磺酸钙降黏剂(SMLS)。利用傅里叶红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,考察了该降黏剂在淡水、盐水、钙质钻井液中的降黏作用。结果表明,SMLS通过拆散钻井液中的黏土网状结构降低钻井液的黏度和切力,降黏性能优异,在淡水钻井液、盐水钻井液和钙处理钻井液中的降黏率可分别达到80.77%、75.00%和70.50%,具有良好的抗盐性能。SMLS耐温性能好,在150℃以下的降黏作用几乎不受老化温度的影响,在经200℃老化16h后加量为0.4%的SMLS在淡水钻井液中的降黏率仍可达70%。The graft modification calcium lignosulfonate thinners (SMLS) for drilling fluid were synthesized with sodium p-styrenesulfonate,maleic anhydride and calcium lignosulfonate,using ammonium persulfate as initiator. The structures of the copolymers were characterized by FT-IR spectra,and their viscosity reduction properties in fresh water, saline-based, calcium-based drilling fluid were studied. The results show that SMLS can effectively reduce the viscosity and yield value by breaking the original gel structure in drilling fluid, and the viscosity reduction rates are 80.77%, 75.00%, 70.50% in fresh water, saline-based, calcium-based drilling fluid respectively,which indicates that SMLS is of excellent viscosity reduction properties and salt tolerance. The viscosity reduction rate of SMLS is almost not affected by the aging temperature under 150 ℃,and it is still about 70% even treated at 200 ℃ for 16 h,when the dosage of SMLS is0.4%.
